Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in growing our B2B segment by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities among the Architect and Designer community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase pipeline growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with trade partners and customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and text messages
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
- Previous experience in sales and business development, preferably in the design, home furnishing, or lighting industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize data to identify opportunities
- Competitive and rigorously focused on results
- A competitive hourly rate of $19/hour, plus commission
