Requirements:

- 1-2 years of professional customer support/service experience.
- Demonstrated record of success in cold calling and prospecting.
- Technical knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate/Property Management service industry a plus.
- Self-disciplined, results-driven, and a high performer.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn (or similar CRM).
