Job Title: Associate Business Development Manager

ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Business and Industry group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inside sales and business development activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Business and Industry group.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • 1-2 years of professional customer support/service experience.
  • Demonstrated record of success in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Technical knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate/Property Management service industry a plus.
  • Self-disciplined, results-driven, and a high performer.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn (or similar CRM).
