Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions process at SERVPRO. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer payments, including sending invoices and collecting payments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions, including invoices, debits, and credits
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history
  • Keep organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
  • Handle customer disputes in regards to payments or invoicing
  • Maintain accurate records of Liens and documentation of such records
  • Report monthly financial statements

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of financial management systems, including QuickBooks
  • 1+ years of high volume collections experience
  • Moderate/Advanced experience with Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
