Position Overview:
This Senior Financial Reporting Specialist role offers an opportunity for advancement into a leadership position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
This full-time position is crucial and involves significant collaboration with corporate accounting, treasury, and the finance department. As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will report directly to the Controller and be accountable for general ledger management and oversight of payroll operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounting processes for commissions, incentives, deductions, and 401K elections.
- Conducting general ledger activities related to payroll, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Preparing tax reports and overseeing payroll projects.
- Leading special payroll initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and policy updates.
- Managing the year-end W2 process and 401K audits.
- Collaborating with various departments including Accounting, Finance, and Treasury.
- Supervising a small team of accountants and payroll staff.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with prior month-end close experience required.
- CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to engage effectively with professionals at all levels.

Compensation Package:
A competitive compensation package is available, including base salary, performance bonuses, medical benefits, dental and vision coverage, 401K, profit sharing, wellness programs, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and opportunities for professional development and certifications.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance four days a week.
