Location: On-site Position in Brownsville, TX

Compensation: Base Pay of $18.92 per hour, with potential bonuses exceeding $1800*

Schedule: Regular and Limited-Service Full-Time schedules available

This posting is for both regular and limited service full-time positions. All roles are strictly on-site. Specific hours, schedules, and start dates will be discussed with the recruiter.

Shift Preferences: Night shifts are highly desirable, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 PM and 5 AM.

Maximus is currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Support Specialists to provide essential services.

Compensation Structure:

  • Bilingual base rate of $18.92/hr. + 10% shift differential for evening shifts
  • Bonus opportunities exceeding $1800, including training completion and referrals*
  • Additional $1000 in bonus opportunities for Limited-Service positions*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer feedback and insights on call trends, processes, and training.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or senior staff as necessary.
  • Maintain timely and courteous responses to telephone inquiries using pre-scripted responses.
  • Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, including privacy and HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist callers with online applications and submissions.
  • Complete basic call logs related to inquiries.
  • Refer calls to CSR Lead as required.
  • Stay updated on client regulations and policies.
  • Report any issues encountered via the online system.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Participation and certification in internal training in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish professionally and fluently.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the office location.
