Position Title: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Spanish, Healthcare

Work Environment – On-site Position

Compensation – $18.92 per hour plus potential bonuses exceeding $1800*

Work Schedule – Full-Time positions available

Please note, this position is strictly on-site. This job posting is for future training classes; specific hours and schedules will be discussed with the recruiter.

Evening shifts are preferred, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 PM and 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer support for basic inquiries and issues through various channels (e.g., phone, email, web chat).
  • Handle routine inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and information gathering.
  • Provide feedback on call trends and processes.
  • Direct customers to published materials or senior staff as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner using pre-scripted responses.
  • Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist customers with online applications and submissions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Report any issues encountered via the online system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work within established timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Participation in internal training is mandatory.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in both languages.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on scheduled holidays as required.
  • On-site presence is essential for effective collaboration.
