This job opportunity is for both regular and limited service positions, all of which are on-site. Details regarding hours, schedules, and start dates will be discussed with the recruiter.

Night shifts are highly sought after, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 PM and 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service for routine inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, web chat, or written correspondence).
  • Handle basic and routine calls effectively.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information gathering.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights on call trends and processes.
  • Assist customers by directing them to published materials or senior staff when necessary.
  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, using pre-scripted responses.
  • Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, including timesheet completion and privacy regulations.
  • Employ standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browsers to fulfill job duties.
  • Guide callers in completing online applications and submitting them for processing.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Stay informed about client regulations and policies.
  • Report any issues encountered in the online system for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to meet established turnaround times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Completion of internal CCO training is mandatory for this role.
  • Participation in additional training for Medicare claims is required.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Spanish through an assessment.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on scheduled holidays may be necessary.
  • This position requires on-site presence for effective collaboration and communication.
