Behavior Support Specialist

At Full Bloom, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Aide to join our team of professionals who shine a positive light on students in special education and alternative education settings nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral support to students in need
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist students with daily living skills, social skills, and behavioral interventions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in special education or related field preferred
- Experience working with students with special needs and behavioral challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
