Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Behavior Interventionist. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children affected by autism, providing in-home behavioral intervention and support.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers flexible hours, paid training, and a competitive compensation package. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home behavioral intervention and support to children affected by autism
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless support and communication
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with at least one completed college course, currently enrolled in college, or higher degree
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral or therapeutic setting
  • Available to work flexible hours, including afternoons and early evenings
  • Own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • Background check
