**Job Summary:**
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Special Education Specialist. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Manage Special Education Students:**
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
- **Supervise RBT Services:**
- Provide guidance and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality behavioral therapy services.
- **Data Collection and Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze data to inform behavioral intervention plans and measure student progress.
- **Behavior Intervention Planning:**
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
- **Functional Behavior Assessments:**
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- **Evaluations and Support:**
- Provide behavioral support and evaluations to students, parents, and educators to ensure a comprehensive understanding of student needs.
Requirements:
- **National BCBA Certification:**
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or credentials in the United States.
- **Graduate Degree:**
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (Master's or PhD).
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
