As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adult individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our day program setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to individuals participating in community activities, such as art classes, cooking classes, and sporting activities.
- Assist with feeding and personal needs of participants when needed.
- Drive a company vehicle with assigned participants to and from activities and private family homes for pick-ups or drop offs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for a Public Passenger Endorsement.
- Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone.
- Positivity and a team-player attitude.
Monday-Friday: 35 hours/week (Paid lunch while supervising participants).
