We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at The Westgate Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
