We are seeking a skilled professional for the Recruitment Supervisor role, responsible for leading a dedicated recruiting and onboarding team.

  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
  • WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
This role entails overseeing a small team focused on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of hiring processes. This is a hands-on position that involves managing an active caseload while directing the company's recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in full life-cycle recruiting outside of agency settings.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a requisition load of 15 or more openings.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a courteous demeanor.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic, capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Work is primarily conducted in an office setting.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of a computer and related equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to support hiring objectives. Understand business goals and position requirements effectively.
  • Communicate directly with hiring managers regarding recruitment progress and needs.
  • Source candidates through networking, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing methods.
  • Maintain a database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and debrief sessions.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Manage a personal caseload of approximately 15 open positions while supporting the team.
  • Conduct interviews and provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Team Oversight: Supervise the recruiting team, providing coaching and feedback for professional growth.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Analyze departmental challenges and implement effective solutions.
