Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Pest Management Technicians who thrive in outdoor settings and are committed to protecting homes and their surroundings from pest issues. The pest control field is more about maintenance than you might think; our primary aim is to prevent recurring pest problems for our clients.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Managing pests, weeds, lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, and other agricultural pests on-site across various residential properties.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of residential buildings to identify pest presence, assess infestation severity, and evaluate potential structural damage.
  • Creating detailed diagrams and reports to illustrate the type, extent, and location of pest issues.
  • Engaging with homeowners to explain the work to be performed and offering tailored service recommendations.
  • Coordinating with administrative teams and branch personnel, ensuring timely submission of paperwork and daily collections.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as directed by supervisors, including ordering supplies, compiling reports, and managing customer follow-ups.
  • Estimating costs, scheduling work, and managing crew time effectively.
  • Handling and accurately accounting for company funds collected during service operations.
  • Maintaining company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

  • Annual earnings range from $62,000 to $74,000.

Qualifications:

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift, and carry for extended periods, including in crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights, including in attics.
