Key Responsibilities:
1.
Collaborate with designated business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic objectives and implement effective HR practices tailored to their needs.
2.Provide consultative support to management, offering HR insights on talent development, performance evaluation, and employee relations as necessary.
3.Identify and assess the developmental needs of teams and employees, proposing and executing suitable solutions.
4.Address employee disciplinary matters and advise business leaders on appropriate management strategies for each situation.
5.Work in conjunction with HR colleagues across Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR functions to deliver integrated solutions.
6.Champion employee engagement initiatives within your assigned business units.
7.Act as a representative of TikTok's organizational culture, planning and executing activities that promote our values.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
2. Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
3. Proven experience in project management and change management, with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
4. Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable plans.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a history of building relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is advantageous.
2. Familiarity with the technology or internet sectors is preferred.
