Job Overview

Vitavet Labs Inc is seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving Account Executive to join our team in Westlake Village. As a key driver of revenue, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with distributors, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with distributors to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Gain deep insight into the distributor's business objectives and ensure that our products are aligned with these goals.
  • Improve the sales skills of distributors to increase their sales success rates.
  • Understand and demonstrate the benefits of our program and product to the distributors.
  • Manage the needs and expectations of distributors, handle questions, issues, and/or objections given, resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of our program.
  • Follow the provided sales process.
  • Make upwards of 100 calls a day.
  • Meet sales goals and KPIs set by leadership.
  • Maintain distributor accounts in company databases.
Requirements
  • Must be an active listener.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a persuasive, tactful, and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Love of animals.
Preferred
  • Bilingual.
  • Previous use of HubSpot.
  • Inside Sales Experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Base + Commission + Bonus. Make no less than $58,000/year. The current average for first year Account Executives is $59,000/year.
