Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking an experienced Sales/Account Executive to join our client's team in Thousand Oaks, CA. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and enhancing client satisfaction through strategic account management and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage key client relationships to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide manufacturing and distribution solutions to clients
  • Utilize strong B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive stakeholders
  • Strong B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
