Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence to promote employee development
  • Enhance HVAC department sales through effective training and mentorship of field technicians
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate invoicing, inventory management, safety practices, and reporting
  • Guide service technicians in increasing average sales, closing rates, and monthly revenue
  • Provide continuous product and sales training
  • Encourage lead generation initiatives
  • Oversee and manage callbacks and warranty issues
  • Address escalated customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in high-end sales closing
  • Motivated to thrive in a commission-based, high-earning environment
  • Eagerness to learn HVAC sales methodologies
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset to boost productivity and quality
  • Capability to develop business in both private and public sectors
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial properties
  • Understanding of general HVAC design and material cost considerations
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, set objectives, and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
