Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Behr Paint Company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our professional painting contractors and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with outside sales reps and take care of our customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
  • Provide basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Build relationships with pros in the store who may be there for paint but are more likely there for something else.
Requirements
  • An outgoing personality and ability to support the Home Depot Pro Desk.
  • Collaboration and ability to work closely with Behr's outside sales reps and Home Depot staff.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • A completed high school education (High School Diploma or GED).
