Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the face of FLCH, greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and registering for services
- Update patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
