About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about helping clients achieve their sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, generating their own leads, and finding, selling, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience generating own leads
- Proven track record of finding, selling, and closing new business
- Experience with B2B sales preferred
- Selling to CEOs of Small to Medium size companies preferred
- Experience with generating referrals preferred
- Experience with the Sandler Selling System or selling conceptual services a bonus
- Experience with selling on LinkedIn preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1: base pay plus commissions ($80,000+)
- Year 2-3: $100,000
- Year 4-5: $225,000 and beyond
