About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a Senior Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to complex problems and resolving customer complaints.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing updates on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up or additional information as needed.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize customer issues and resolve with positive outcomes, solid interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and email, experience with structured cabling, wire and cable, low voltage cable, connectivity, fiber optics, or physical infrastructure preferred.
