Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Spectrum, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

You will work closely with our Construction, Engineering, Sales Operations, Field Operations, Government Affairs, and Legal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales leads and reports
  • Updating your sales pipeline
  • Supporting contract administration
  • Attending industry events

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts.
