Regional Sales Manager

At Womack, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial distribution
- Proven track record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
