Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in patient financial counseling or a related field
  • Certified Application Counselor (CAC) certification

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Moderate knowledge of medical terminology
  • Basic computer skills
