About the Role

The Medical Care Coordinator works under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient care. This role involves assisting patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), reporting changes in patient condition, and participating in the care planning process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other daily needs
  • Report concerns or complaints to charge nurses and/or supervisors
  • Participate in the care planning process to ensure effective patient care
