We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA to join our Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the guidance of Registered Nurses.
Job Highlights- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participate in the care planning process.
