Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at ZoomInfo Technologies LLC. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office space, providing exceptional support to our employees, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office administration and general functionality of the office space
  • Manage relationships with on-site vendors and suppliers
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with events and projects happening on-site
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including break rooms and conference rooms
  • Perform general office manual labor, including lifting boxes and moving furniture
  • Assist in event planning, including ordering food and supporting off-site events
  • Manage access badges and assist with building facilities requests

Requirements

  • Office operations experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Comfortable using basic tools, such as a hammer, screwdriver, and drill
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
