R80 LLC is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing support to the office staff and management team. Assisting in project planning and schedule coordination, performing clerical tasks as well as assisting with any other day to day operations as needed. The ability to effectively move from task to task as business needs dictate is essential. If a candidate displays the necessary motivation, a solid work ethic and can grasp the basic concepts of this position's requirements we will happily provide any additional training that is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of computer software and technology
- Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly
- Ability to research and learn without constant guidance or supervision
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage various low-level aspects of day-to-day business operations
- Possess an understanding of basic bookkeeping and the ability to process invoices effectively and efficiently
- Enter financial data and transactions
- Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
- Analyze budgets and other financial information
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
