Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers upon their arrival and provide appropriate direction.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay essential company information, including operational hours and location.
  • Enter customer information into the customer management system accurately.
  • Follow established procedures for timely acceptance of new inventory.
  • Collaborate with store management to effectively manage customer flow.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in customer service or dealership settings is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are necessary.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Capable of multitasking and completing assignments efficiently.
  • Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic; professional appearance is essential.
