Landmark Builders, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and seasoned Construction Project Coordinator to join our New Construction Division. This role is essential for overseeing various commercial construction projects and ensuring their successful execution.

We specialize in general contracting, design/build services, construction management, and renovation projects across the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. Our expertise spans multiple sectors, including industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction.

Core Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute project execution strategies for intricate, expedited, and/or multi-phase commercial construction initiatives, adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving demands.
  • Oversee and control project financials, providing monthly updates on job cost and profit forecasts.
  • Create, maintain, and implement comprehensive project timelines.
  • Collaborate with construction partners to finalize project scopes and manage all procurement and subcontractor agreements.
  • Acquire necessary permits, approvals, and utility services.
  • Facilitate meetings with operations personnel, clients, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage processes related to plan revisions, submissions, requests for information (RFIs), payment applications, and change orders.
  • Support Project Superintendents in upholding quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Foster open communication channels with field personnel, senior management, clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, keeping the entire team updated on project developments.
  • Uphold Landmark's commitment to being a fair and equitable construction partner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
