Job Opportunity at Landmark Builders, Inc.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Special Projects Group as a Field Crew Member. This role represents the first step in a construction career with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete work, and general labor, under the supervision of our experienced Project Superintendents.
  • Operate hand tools, such as hammer drills, quickie saws, power washers, screw guns, circular saws, nail guns, and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of various building materials, including wood blocking, hollow metal door frames, doors, and hardware.
  • Participate in the placement of concrete for sidewalks, dock leveler bases, equipment pads, piers, and other structures.
  • Install flashing, safety rails, and other exterior finishes.
  • Operate lulls, skid steers, and lifts, as trained and certified.
  • Contribute to the overall safety and quality of our construction projects.
  • Interface with customers, inspectors, and other visitors on job sites as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
