Our expertise spans various sectors, including industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction.


Preconstruction & Estimating Duties
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, scope of work proposals, and construction contracts.

Project Management Duties
  • Develop and implement project plans and construction timelines.
  • Collaborate with construction partners to finalize project scopes and manage all purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Facilitate meetings with operations staff, clients, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee plan revisions, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change order processes.
  • Assist Project Superintendents in upholding quality control and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of project developments and changes.
  • Uphold Landmark's commitment to being a fair construction partner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM policies and procedures as required by healthcare organizations.
