We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator within a prominent chemicals manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal for those with a solid track record in project oversight, aimed at executing essential initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Project Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Leading and managing significant capital projects from inception to completion.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement strategies across the facility to boost production capabilities while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Overseeing project contractors, assessing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and issuing Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
  • Providing regular updates to both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications Required:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A qualification such as HNC/HND or a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in a hazardous manufacturing setting.
  • NEBOSH and/or IOSH certifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, particularly in capital expenditure (CAPEX).
  • Prince2 or a similar qualification is preferred.
  • Experience with RAMS and PTW processes.
