Landmark Builders, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Special Projects Division. This role is pivotal for overseeing projects, particularly in the realm of medical facilities, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs with excellence.

Our expertise spans various sectors such as industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living.


Key Responsibilities in Preconstruction & Estimating
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and scope of work proposals.
  • Prepare construction contracts to ensure clarity and compliance.

Essential Project Management Duties
  • Formulate and implement project plans and construction timelines.
  • Collaborate with construction partners to finalize project scopes and manage purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings with operations staff, clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee plan revisions, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders.
  • Support Project Superintendents in upholding quality control and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to manage expectations effectively.
  • Foster open communication with field staff, senior management, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project developments.
  • Uphold Landmark Builders' commitment to being a fair and equitable construction partner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM policies and procedures commonly required by healthcare organizations.
