Job Overview

Landmark Builders, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Project Manager to join its team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role requires expertise in managing complex, fast-tracked, and multi-phased commercial construction projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, updating job cost/profit forecasts monthly.
  • Generate and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate with construction partners to buy out project scopes and prepare all purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
  • Secure and obtain required permits, approvals, and public utilities.
  • Lead meetings with operations staff, owners, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, including plan revisions, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders.
  • Ensure timely material acquisition and deliveries.
  • Assist Project Superintendents in maintaining quality control and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with field staff, senior management, owners, architects, subcontractors, etc.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage client expectations.
  • Ensure that Landmark Builders, Inc. is a fair construction partner at all times.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 5+ years experience leading stand-alone medical and/or hospital renovation work preferred
  • Knowledge of ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM policies and procedures commonly mandated by healthcare organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented focus
  • Team management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Problem solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure projects are constructed accurately and to the highest standard
