Qualifications:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience in project engineering, particularly in aviation interiors. Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter software. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to managing budgets and maximizing profitability. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
