Key Responsibilities

Oversee on-site construction operations and activities; manage subcontractors, assess worker performance and safety compliance.
Ensure installations are executed according to project specifications, plans, RFIs, and relevant building and safety regulations.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including the creation of as-built drawings.
Provide updates to Project Managers and clients regarding construction progress, field challenges, and technical inquiries.
Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
Advocate for job site safety.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
At least 5 years in a supervisory role within construction.
OSHA Certification, First Aid, and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within one month of employment).
Must be authorized to work in the US and eligible for government facility access.

Essential Skills:
Exhibit a positive attitude and punctuality.
Demonstrate initiative and accountability.
Possess a leadership mindset.
Understand task prioritization and time management.
Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
