Regional Distribution Sales Manager

At Ruhrpumpen, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Distribution Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our distribution and OEM sales in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow distribution and OEM sales in the West Coast region.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors and OEM partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and recruit new distributors and OEM partners to expand our sales reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Provide training and support to distributors and OEM partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and market our products.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, including sales sheets, product information, and marketing collateral.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on distribution and OEM sales.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the distribution sales channel and ability to develop and execute strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
