Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales growth, ensuring a positive customer experience, and minimizing costs. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and direct District Sales Managers to achieve exceptional sales performance and compliance with company programs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales
    • Achieve regional performance targets (e.g. Performance Plan Sales, ADS, UPTs, SPLH, Sales/SQ FT)
    • Ensure District Sales Managers have the ability to train Store Managers to implement In Store Presentation directives per Company policy and timelines
    • Coach the District Sales Managers to enforce the execution of customer service programs and maintenance of Store Service Delivery Program
  • Demonstrate Leadership
    • Consistently represent all Company directions and initiatives in all actions and communication
    • Develop District Sales Managers to assume responsibility of day to day district operations and to appropriately manage emergency situations
  • Develop People
    • Recruit and hire all qualified District Sales Managers to elevate the performance of the region
    • Provide performance management to District Sales Managers, (e.g. timely feedback, corrective action, performance appraisals)
  • Manage the Business
    • Manage controllable expenses for region (e.g. payroll, supplies, etc.)
    • Identify inventory/merchandise opportunities through detailed analysis of key business reports and district/store visits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-store management at a senior level, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lead/supervise and motivate associates at both store and district management levels
