- Pro Shop Operations: Maintain a clean and organized pro shop, restock merchandise, and perform general upkeep tasks.
- Merchandising: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.
- Safety and Compliance: Perform job duties safely and in compliance with district policies, procedures, and work and safety rules.
- Education and Experience: Equivalent to at least 2 years of experience in a pro shop environment, with a strong understanding of the game of golf, including rules, pace of play, and equipment.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to demonstrate effective decision making and problem solving skills, and good knowledge of pertinent safety precautions.
