We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities
In this vital role within Richelieu, the Client Support Specialist will provide essential customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information promptly. This position is crucial in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order placements and provide sales quotes.
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes.
  • Assist customers in the showroom with inquiries and order placements.
  • Encourage new or additional sales through phone interactions and face-to-face engagements in the showroom.
  • Research product solutions to address customer project challenges.
  • Restock showroom displays and conduct inventory counts as necessary.

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in the building materials industry is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • A strong sense of drive and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • AS400 experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
