Administrative Assistance

Day-to-Day Activities Will Be:
- Work with site leaders to review and prepare written departmental procedures.
- Track and document gap closure activities from consultants feedback.
- Create flow charts using Visio.
- Maintain timelines for completing documentation for each group at the site.
- Walk through shop floor and offices approximately 10% of the time to meet and consult with the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Teams, and Visio program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED
Other Desirable Qualifications:
- Manufacturing background.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015.
- Experience with technical writing.
Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $33.00 per hour paid every two weeks through Volt Workforce Solutions, agreed upon during an initial phone screen based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
