This role is primarily responsible for facilitating the quoting process on standard and custom promotional and print  products for Deluxe’s distributor channel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound customer support. Responsible for answering distributor questions, providing cost or product information, provides pricing/quotations on Standard and Custom Products.

  • Manage and renew pricing for large contracts for dealers or distributors. Collaborates with Sales, legal, and business analysts to validate pricing compliance.

  • Pricing negotiation with sales or distributors within the pricing parameters/guidelines/program rules or work with Pricing Manager for further review.

  • Answer Premium and Preferred Supplier capability questions and/or  provide quotes

  • Provide freight estimates on large quantities/truck

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 3 years or Tech Cert and 2 years

  • Ability and comfort to navigate multiple applications and use of internet.

  • Computer include MS Office applications, basic Excel, Adobe PDF

  • Basic mathematical skills to calculate margins and markups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: HS/GED

Experience: 3 years in Customer Service, Print Industry

  • Prior print industry, manufacturing, or estimating experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
