We are conducting a search for a Human Resources Manager for a food/beverage manufacturer in Pennsylvania. Candidate should understand PA law. Also, this manager must work with other managers to develop recruitment objectives and plans that achieve the organization s strategic goals. Candidate must have a college degree and five or more years of related HR experience. An advanced HR degree, legal degree, or SPHR is beneficial. Experience managing in a union environment is a preferred.
