Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions with a focus on supporting and streamlining order entry processes. This role involves significant data entry work, customer communication, and clerical responsibilities, ensuring that customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:- Answer inbound calls, assist with routing calls, and manage message-taking effectively.
- Respond to phone inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry.
- Maintain and file office documents to keep records organized and accessible.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Provide front desk reception services, greeting visitors and managing visitor logs.
- Engage in other administrative and clerical office duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and managing multiple calls.
- Strong data entry skills with a typing speed range of 40 - 60 words per minute.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred but not required.
- ERP experience preferred but not required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Status: Full-time, Hourly
Physical Demands: The role frequently requires walking, standing, sitting, and talking or hearing. Occasionally, the employee will need to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
