**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provides support as needed to the Outside sales team and or the Wholesale division purchasing team.
- Provides support as needed to the customer service team.
- Builds sustainable relationships with both external and internal customers.
- Fluency with the Tireco E-Commerce website and a strong knowledge of all Tireco controlled brands.
- Create and maintain customer login, on the Tireco E-Commerce website, with impeccable accuracy.
- Communicate with all departments regarding timely order release, pricing and shipping requirements and any other special needs.
- Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- High School Diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position
- Critical and Analytical Thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to type 30 WPM and 10-Key
- Relationship building both internal and external
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage effectively
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude
