Customer Service Call Center Representative-Appointment Setteing

*This is NOT a remote position*
Call Center Customer Service Agents wanted Earn $20.00-$23.00 (includes a Base salary + Performance Bonuses)-Great Career Opportunity with a stable and reputable company
We are a successful automotive dealership looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working on the telephone. You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound call center that schedules appointments for our Service Department. No cold calling
Qualifications:Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center/phone customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Requirements of the Call Center Customer Service Representative
- Proven customer service experience (minimum 1 3 years).
- Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling required).
- A highly professional approach and appearance.
- MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner.
- A demonstrated dedication to customer service.
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- Being organized, self-disciplined, and a quick learner.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with some Saturdays (40 hours per week)
