This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in our busy DC office located on K Street. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, day time hours, with occasional holidays and weekends. (2 holidays and 4 weekend days per year)
Salary Range - $90K - $120K
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Clinical Supervisoris responsible for:
- Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
- Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
- Coordinates the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
- Assists with the training and orientation of staff.
- Administers performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
- Assists in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
- Assists primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
- Handles patient issues/complaints
The skills and education we need are:
- Fertility Experience is Required
- Valid DC RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
- Minimum 2 years prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
- Experience in women’s health required; Fertility experience preferred
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
