Job Summary:

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor to lead our PACU team in delivering exceptional patient care and clinical operations. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager/Director to develop and implement clinical operations strategies that promote patient safety and quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that drive excellence in patient care and clinical operations.
  • Provide effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational workflows.
  • Assist with administrative duties, education activities, and quality initiatives to support the mission of CommonSpirit Health.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Two years' experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty.
  • One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience required.
  • Certification in clinical specialty preferred.
